Analysis of vane loads and motion in a hydraulic double vane pump with integrated electrical drive

Abstract In this paper, the results of analysis forces acting on vanes in a double-acting vane pump with an integrated electric drive have been presented. new motor unit, is assembled inside rotor motor. A dynamic model representing movement has developed considering impact pressure load distribution, support and friction forces. The loss contact between head cam ring lead to noise reduction volumetric efficiency. which describes motion tip solved using MATLAB software. influence design operational parameters dynamics analysed.
